PREPARATION OF PAPERSPost-Deadline Papers must be registered via website.
If you are unable to submit your Post-Deadline Paper via the web and still wish to contribute your paper after July 1, you may bring your paper to the conference site directly before the selection meeting. In this case, you should bring 1 original and 20 copies to the Secretariat Room at the conference site between 8:30-15:30 on July 5.
All accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore if they are presented by their author.
1. Format of the ManuscriptThe template of the OECC2010 manuscript provides a detailed description of camera-ready paper preparation.
Authors should read carefully and write the paper according to this guideline.
2. How to Create PDFPapers submitted to OECC2010 will automatically be published on IEEE Xplore. Once complete to write a paper, authors must create a PDF according to the IEEE PDF Specification for IEEE Xplore. All submissions MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant and the only way to insure this is to use IEEE PDF press.
Please go to the IEEE PDF Express site at www.pdf-express.org. Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. Conference ID is: <oecc10x>
Once authors have completed this step, only then can move on to the submission site and submit the paper.
