* All deadline dates are in Japan Standard Time.

*After June 26, please come to the registration desk at the venue directly.

 

Registration Fee

* Members of concerned academic societies (IEICE Communications Society, IEICE Electronics Society, IEEE Photonics Society, OSA) are required to fill in their membership number on the online registration form.

** Students are required to show their student ID card at registration desk on-site.

*** Accompanying persons are limited to the participants' family members only.

Registration and Payment

Participants wishing to make registration should apply online to reach the registration office no later than June 25, 2010. After this date, on-line registration WILL NOT be available. Please make on-site registration.
Please ensure that each registrant makes his/her own online registration.
Application should be accompanied by a remittance covering the registration fee due registration office.
No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment. All payment must be in Japanese yen. If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us the name of each participant.

Reply E-mail

After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically.

If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the registration office.

 

 

Confirmation

Upon confirming both the registration form and payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Be sure to retain confirmation and present at the registration desk on the day of the Conference.

 

 

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the registration office. The following cancellation fees will be deducted before any refund is made.

Cancellation and changing are received by registration office during business hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00-18:00 Japan time.
