Program Book Advertisements
An advertisement of your company will be printed in the Program Book to be distributed to all of the attendees of OECC2010. Use this opportunity to introduce and promote the newest devices, parts, materials of your company. (Number of copies to be printed: Approximately 500)

Logo Printed on the Jacket of the Technical Digest CD-ROM
Your company logo will be printed on the jacket of the Technical Digest CD-ROM, to be distributed to all of the attendees of OECC2010. (Number of copies to be made: Approximately 500)
- Size: 50 mm (width) x 20 mm (height) in color
* The size will be adjusted depending on the size of your company’s logo.
* Send the data of your logo as a CD-ROM or by e-mail.
- Fee: @50,000 JPY per unit
* To be limited to the first 6 applications
Sponsorship of Food and Beverages for Parties and Coffee Breaks
By sponsoring the food and beverages for a party or coffee break, it is possible to promote your company by placing your company logo and company name (in English) in the venue where it will be seen by all of the attendees.

*A poster (size to be informed at a later date) with the logos of the sponsors of the parties and coffee breaks will be prepared inside the venue.
Congress Bags
Your company logo (in 1 color) will be printed on the congress bag to be distributed to all of the attendees of OECC2010.
Fee: 500,000 JPY
Name Badge Lanyards
Your company logo (in 1 color) will be printed on the lanyard of the name badges to be distributed to all of the attendees of OECC2010.
Fee: 250,000 JPY
Novelties
Sponsorship opportunities for printing your company logo or name (in English) on other novelties (ballpoint pens, note pads, etc.) are available. Please contact the Secretariat for more details.
<Application and Deadline>
Send the completed application form and send it to the Secretariat no later than April 30, 2010 (Fri.).
Confirmation of sponsorship, an invoice and other necessary details will be sent to you in mid-June.
